Imps Honoured at The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo
The Imps were honoured last night as each member was awarded a medal commemorating the team’s 40th anniversary. The medals, commissioned by the Tattoo, were presented by Major General Euan Loudon at a parade held within the famous Edinburgh Castle. Team members had no advance warning of what the parade was about and were bowled over by the honour. The Imps have been part of the cast of the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo who are themselves celebrating their Golden Jubilee; bars will be added to the medals for any subsequent appearances of the holders.
