The Imps are proud to announce the launch of our official Picture Archive; a living, growing tribute to the legacy of our founder and team director, Roy Pratt MBE, who we sadly lost earlier this summer.

Roy led The Imps for 55 remarkable years, creating not just a world-renowned motorcycle display team but also a visual legacy of photographs that spans generations. Over the coming winter, we will begin digitising this extraordinary image archive, uploading it piece by piece to the site so it can be explored, celebrated, and shared with the world.
Although this archive has been six decades in the making, Graham Dodridge, Watch Leader for the Hackney Adventure Holiday Project from 1975–1980 and long-time friend of Roy, has spent the past 20 years supporting the team, capturing performances as well as moments behind the scenes and helping shape The Imps’ brand. His photographs, have been uploaded and are available to view now.
We would like to extend our thanks to photographer Howard Brundrett, who brilliantly captured the Basel Tattoo in 2015, and long-term Imps sponsor Andy Steven, who masterfully recorded the day Charley Boorman came to visit.
We invite you to explore as we create a permanent digital home for The Imps’ unforgettable journey.
Super memory’s of giving out the certificates and talking to the IMPs delighted to have been part for so ling and going forward
