This past weekend, The Imps Motorcycle Display Team once again proved their resilience, professionalism, and unshakable team spirit as they took to the road for back-to-back performances; and what a weekend it was.
On Saturday, the team proudly performed at Eastbourne Armed Forces Day on the South Coast, in front of huge and appreciative crowds. Under a blazing summer sun, our riders donned their iconic red tunics and gave a faultless display of precision riding, stunts and trademark Imps spirit. It was a proud moment to be part of an event honouring the Armed Forces, and the team rose to the occasion in style.
Then, with hardly time to catch their breath, the team packed up and travelled overnight across counties to perform again on Sunday at the Berkeley Show in Gloucestershire. Despite soaring temperatures, the young riders kept their cool, delivering another high-energy, crowd-pleasing performance in front of hundreds of spectators at this much-loved Cotswolds event.
It’s easy to admire the polish and professionalism on display in the arena, but what many don’t see is the incredible effort that goes on behind the scenes.

A massive shoutout is due:
To every single rider, for enduring the heat, the travel, and still delivering two outstanding shows with pride and discipline.
To the chaperones, who worked tirelessly to keep everyone hydrated, safe, and ready to perform.
To our brilliant coach and lorry drivers, for ensuring smooth transport between venues and across the country.
And to every volunteer and team member who helped make the weekend a success; from organising kit to preparing food, managing logistics, and simply keeping the show on the road.
This weekend captured the very best of what The Imps stand for: commitment, teamwork, and the determination to make a difference.
To all who cheered us on in Eastbourne and Berkeley and to all those who give their time, energy and care to keep The Imps running: we salute you.
Until next time — keep your eyes on the red tunics. We’ll be back.
